What does the form save?

Your name, email address, optional company or website, message, selected package and extras, indicative price range, language and submission time. Do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.

Why are these details needed?

We use these details to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal for the requested project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or confirm an order.

Where is the enquiry stored?

The enquiry is saved in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with the site’s hosting. Only the authorized studio owner’s account can access the enquiry view. This website is hosted with OpenAI Sites; hosting providers also process technical information needed to operate the service.

Security and cookies

To limit repeated spam, the form derives a daily technical token from the IP address; it does not store the address itself. We have not added advertising trackers or separate analytics. Owner sign-in may use cookies necessary for authentication.
